This second design variant reinterprets mountain-inspired sloped-roof homes while focusing on modern functionality and comfort. The façade features a dynamic roof with a gentle slope on one axis and a steeper slope on the other, creating visual interest and additional attic space without increasing the building’s footprint. Dark shingles contrast with earthy tones and treated wood cladding, maintaining a rustic yet durable exterior. Generous eaves, a sheltered balcony, and an open interior layout with high ceilings enhance ventilation, weather protection, and overall comfort.
